Lunch interlude

I had been recommended an upmarket restaurant in Santa Teresa Gallura but when I returned I found that it was not open for lunch, perhaps only doing evening business.
So I headed towards the ferry at Palau, and checked another possibility at Porto Pozzo, but that was also closed for the season. So I took a couple of photos and moved on.

On the outskirts of Palau I found a great lunch place and had the tagliatelle with scampi.
And a tiramisu and coffee to finish up.
Since I was early for the ferry crossing I had booked, I took myself to see Spiaggia di Punta Nera.
I liked the weather worn rocks.


More of those funky rocks.
The beach is used by the holidaymakers at the nearby resort. There is a small pine forest (Pineta) backing the beach.

I reached Olbia and had a nice black pasta with crayfish. Then I filled up the petrol tank and checked into the hotel within walking distanc...
