Cala Francese

I decided to visit one more cove before departing La Maddalena so I picked Cala Francese which was only a 5 minute drive around the southwest corner of the island.

As expected there was plenty of sun, sea, and rocks.

According to maps this is a disused military post.

I joked with friends that this was a beach for one. But it looks like you'd have to clamber over rocks to get there so maybe you also need a boat for one to get there. Dig that clear water!
